DESCRIPTION:The Brigade is excited to announce that we have been selected to be a part of the Just Dance Fundraiser: Where Rhythm Meets Reason! We were selected by Jake Bergstrom\, who believes in our mission and is inspired by the work that we do here at the Brigade. Jake will be taking the stage and performing to help us raise funds for our local Brigade Programs as well as Camp Onaway. The goal is to raise $80\,000. This event will take place on Saturday\, February 21 at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton! \nThe Just Dance event exists to celebrate community\, connection\, and the power of the arts to bring people together for a greater purpose. DESCRIPTION:The Climbing Club focuses on safe climbing\, climbing techniques\, and having fun! Instructor Bill Kelly is a seasoned climber with a lot of expertise to share. All participants must have a release form signed by a parent/guardian on file. Parents\, guardians\, and guests are welcome! It meets on Mondays from 4:30-6:30 PM. \nCost: $20 for 6 months. Climbing Club operates year-round. The total cost for all sessions is $20. We ask participants to re-register every 6 months. \nParticipants younger than 5th grade are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent.  \nClimbing Club Dates:\nMarch 9\, 16\, 23\, 30\nApril 6\, 13\, 20\, 27\nMay 4\, 11\, 18 \nThe club is limited to 12 new climbers\, and an unlimited number of returning climbers are welcome. \nPlease note: This is a popular club with limited space. DESCRIPTION:Hit the slopes with us at Ski Brule in Michigan! \nSki Brule offers the best skiing in Michigan\, as they make fresh snow every night. The hill has 17 trails\, 11 lifts\, 3 terrain parks\, and 150 acres of terrain. From Brigade\, it will take roughly 2 hours and 45 minutes to get there. We will be taking a bus to the hill. The itinerary is as follows: \n6:00 AM: Depart from the Brigade\nApprox 9:00 AM: Arrive at Ski Brule\n9:00 AM-12:00 PM: Ski\n12:00 PM: Lunch – we will be reserving the “pizza party” option for our group\, but you are welcome to send your child with their own money to order their own lunch\n12:30-4:00 PM: Ski\n4:30 PM: Depart Ski Brule\nApprox. 7:30 PM: Arrive back at Brigade \nWe recommend either sending your child with money to purchase dinner or packing a non-perishable sack dinner for the ride home. \nThe date for this trip is set for Sunday\, March 1\, 2026. \nPrice:\nIf your child is bringing their own equipment: $95\nIf your child is renting equipment: $105 \nThe cost includes transportation\, lift ticket\, and pizza. \n

DESCRIPTION:Karate is a great and fun way to exercise. It enhances your confidence\, teaches you how to defend yourself\, helps you develop patience\, and encourages your growth! Instructor Pat Claggett is a great teacher with an excellent commitment to his students. Participants will have the opportunity to test and earn belts and should plan on attending at least one day per week. \nKarate is open to youth in grades 2nd-12th. \nKarate meets on Mondays (5:00-6:15 PM)\, Wednesdays (5:00-6:15 PM)\, and Saturdays (8:00-10:00 AM). \nCost: $20/6 months.
