Camp Onaway

Leadership Training Conference

Leadership Training Conference (LTC) is a co-ed camp that combines education with the fun of summer camp.

Campers spend the first half of the week exploring outdoors and tent camping at Hartman Creek State Park and the second half experiencing the traditions of Camp Onaway.

The LTC is a blend of empowering speakers, team building, and free-time activities. Available to youth who complete 10th-12th grade in spring 2024. LTC runs on a three-year curriculum. First-year campers are placed into a class, along with dedicated adult mentors, and remain together throughout the three-year program.
