Leadership Training Conference (LTC) is a co-ed camp that combines education with the fun of summer camp.
The LTC is a blend of empowering speakers, team building, and free-time activities. Available to youth who complete 10th-12th grade in spring 2024. LTC runs on a three-year curriculum. First-year campers are placed into a class, along with dedicated adult mentors, and remain together throughout the three-year program.

Situated on a 6.5 acre island in Waupaca’s famous Chain O’ Lakes, Camp Onaway is the perfect setting for a one-of-a-kind camp experience.
