The Brigade is returning to the New Zoo & Adventure Park!
September 27th is a NO SCHOOL DAY for NJSD! What better way to spend the day off than to experience all of the fun that the New Zoo & Adventure Park in Green Bay has to offer! We will conquer the high ropes course, hitch a ride on the exhilarating zipline, and climb the rock wall!
Here’s a summary of the details:
Date: September 27
Departure: From the Boys’ & Girls’ Brigade at 10:45 AM
*If your child cannot participate because of work scheduling conflicts based on the drop-off time, please reach out to mwinters@bgbrigade.com to discuss the possibility of arranging an earlier drop-off time that works for you.
Arrival at Park: Around 11:30 AM
Lunch: At a picnic table around 11:30 AM (Pack a sack lunch and water bottle)
Activities: High ropes course, zipline, rock climbing wall
Time of Adventures: 12:30 PM – 2:30/3:00 PM
Return to Brigade: Approximately 3:45 PM (Time may be subject to change. We will contact everyone via text when we leave the park)
Requirements:
- Pack a sack lunch and water bottle
- Closed-toed and closed-heeled shoes (No crocs or sandals)
- Long hair must be tied back
Waiver: Parents must fill out a waiver through the New Zoo & Adventure Park in order for their child to participate. We will send you a link with the waiver as we get closer to the date.
Chaperones: Contact mwinters@bgbrigade if interested in chaperoning this event. Chaperones must complete a background check at least 2 weeks before the trip.
